The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that on Wednesday, 5 November 2014, upon the applications of “B.S.I.” d.o.o. Jajce, a draft decision on granting a license for performance of the activity of international trade in electricity for self-consumption will be made available to the public.

The Company was registered with the Novi Travnik Cantonal Court on 5 May 2004. The founder of the Company is Metalleghe S.p.A seated at Via E. Fermi 12/14, Flero - Italy.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Tuesday, 11 November 2014 at 12:30 hrs.

SERC shall also consider written comments received no later than Tuesday, 12 November 2014 at the SERC address.
