PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE PROCEDURE FOR REVOCATION OF LICENSE FOR INTERNATIONAL ELECTRICITY TRADING Print

Korlea d.o.o. Mostar is a holder of license for performance of the international electricity trading activity which was granted to it pursuant to the Decision of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) for the period from 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2016.

Following the license suspension due to the licensee’s failure to meet its obligations as defined by the Licensing conditions, pursuant to the SERC conclusion number:

05-28-12-360-6/14 of 20. November 2014 the procedure was initiated to revoke the license granted to the Company Korela, d.o.o. Mostar founded by Korlea Invest Holding, a.g. Schaffhausen, Switzerland and Invado, d.o.o. Zagreb, Croatia.

SERC will conduct license revocation procedures in accordance with its rules and regulations without a formal hearing.

Interested parties may object to this decision of SERC.

The persons interested in acquiring the intervener status in the procedure for revocation of the license may file a written request with SERC no later than 6 December 2014. The intervener status may be granted to a person who proves a direct interest in the procedure for revocation of the license, which differs from the general public interest.
