The 169^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), will take place on Wednesday, 18 November 2015 commencing at 11:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 168^th regular session of the Commission held on 28 October 2015
2. Adoption of  Conclusions on initiating tariff proceedings for the operation of independent  system operator and ancillary services
3. Adoption of a Decision on approval of Rules for allocation of cross-border transmission capacities
4. Defining a Draft decision on granting a license for performance of the international electricity trading activity and adoption of conclusions in the procedure for the granting of the license to the applicant “Danske Commodities BH” d.o.o. Sarajevo
5. Adoption of a Decision on granting a license for performance of the international electricity trading activity to HEP-Trade d.o.o. Mostar
   

The session will take place at the SERC headquarters in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4.

The session will be open to the public. Access to the session is free for all interested persons. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
