The 172^nd regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), will take place on Tuesday, 15 December 2015 commencing at 11:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 171^st regular session of the Commission held on 8 December 2015
2. Adoption of Rules on amendments to the Licensing Rule and a Decision defining Standard conditions for performance of the international electricity trading activity
3. Adoption of a Decision on granting a license for performance of the activity of international trade in electricity to “Danske Commodities BH” d.o.o. Sarajevo
4. Defining a Draft decision on the granting of a license for performance of the activity of international trade in electricity and the adoption of conclusions in the procedure for the granting of the license to the applicant GEN-I d.o.o. Sarajevo
5. Discussing a report on the visit in the function of regulatory monitoring of the licensee – ISO BiH and a proposal of conclusions
6. Discussing a report on the visit in the function of regulatory monitoring of the licensee – Elektroprenos BiH and a proposal of conclusions
   

The session will take place at the SERC headquarters in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4.

The session will be open to the public. Access to the session is free for all interested persons. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
