The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that on Saturday, 27 February 2016, upon the application of Vitol Adriatic d.o.o. Sarajevo, a Draft decision on granting a license for performance of the international electricity trading activity will be made available to the public.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Thursday, 3 March 2016 at 12:30 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than Friday, 4 March 2016 at the SERC address.
