The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that on Friday, 27 October 2017, a Draft decision on performance of the international electricity trading activity will be made available to the public upon the application of Public Utility Elektroprivreda Bosne i Hercegovine dioničko društvo  - Sarajevo.

The applicant is a holder of the licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity expiring on 31 December 2017. The procedure for establishing the capacity of the applicant to continue performing the licensed activity using a five-year licence is in progress.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or download it from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at the general public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, on Thursday, 2 November 2017 at 13:00 hrs.
