The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that the Draft Rules on Connection Network Codes will be made available to the public on Tuesday, 8 January 2019.

The transposition of one part of the connection network codes applicable in the European Union, which are to be implemented without delay, is made by these Rules, in the segment which is under competence of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission.

The Rules include the provisions which are in compliance with the European Commission Regulations as adapted to the Energy Community framework by the Permanent High Level Group decisions of 12 January 2018.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft Rules at the SERC seat free of charge, or take it over in electronic form from the web site www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at the general public hearing which will be held on Thursday, 17 January 2019 at 12:00 hrs at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II.

SERC will also take into consideration written comments submitted to the SERC address no later than 18 January 2019.
