The 234^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) will take place on Wednesday, 27 November 2019 commencing at 12:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 233^rd regular session held on 13 November 2019
2. Passing a Decision on revocation of the licence for international electricity trading activity granted to Erdal d.o.o. Sarajevo
3. Adoption of a Conclusion on granting intervener status in the proceedings for setting of tariff for operation of the independent system operator and tariffs for the system and ancillary services
4. Adoption of a Conclusion on granting intervener status in the proceedings for setting of tariffs for the electricity transmission services
5. Adoption of a Conclusion on granting intervener status in the proceedings for setting of tariff rates for electricity distribution services and tariff rates for electricity supply within the universal service in the Brčko District of BiH
   

The session will take place at the SERC headquarters in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4.

The session is open to the public. Access to the session is free for all interested persons. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
