The State Electricity Regulatory Commission will hold its 267^th regular session at its seat (Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/Ⅱ) on Tuesday, 9 November 2021, commencing at 12:00 hrs. The following agenda is proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 266^th regular session held on13 October 2021
2. Passing a Decision on issuance of a temporary licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity to “Winter Wind“ d.o.o. Tomislavgrad and Decision on payment of the regulatory fee
3. Passing a Decision on revocation of the licence for the international electricity trading activity granted to “EZPADA” d.o.o. Mostar
4. Passing a Decision on revocation of the licence for the international electricity trading activity granted to “LE Trading BH” d.o.o. Banja Luka
5. Passing a Decision on approval of the SHB Load - Frequency Control Block Operational Agreement
6. Adoption of a Conclusion on initiating tariff proceedings for the operation of an independent system operator and tariffs for system and ancillary services
