The State Electricity Regulatory Commission will hold its 285^th regular session at its seat (Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II) on Wednesday, 28 September 2022, commencing at 12:00 hrs. The following agenda is proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 284^th regular session held on 15 September 2022
2. Passing a Decision on issuance of a licence for performance of the electricity trading and supply activity in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Public Utility “Komunalno Brčko” d.o.o. Brčko District BiH
3. Passing a Decision on issuance of a temporary licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity to “Green Energy Trading – Trgovina zelenom energijom” d.o.o. Široki Brijeg

The session will be open to the public. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
