The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that as of Thursday, 3 November 2022, a Draft decision on granting a temporary licence for the international electricity trading activity upon the application of legal person “Global Ispat koksna industrijaˮ d.o.o., Lukavac will be made available to the public.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be given at a general public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Wednesday, 9 November 2022 at 11:00 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than Thursday, 10 November 2022.
