The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that as of Thursday, 3 November 2022, a Draft decision on granting a licence for the electricity transmission activity upon the application of “Elektroprenos Bosne i Hercegovineˮ a.d., Banja Luka (Company for Transmission of Electric Power in Bosnia and Herzegovina) will be made available to the public.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be given at a general public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Wednesday, 9 November 2022 at 12:00 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than Thursday, 10 November 2022.
