The State Electricity Regulatory Commission will hold its 292^nd regular session at its seat (Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II) on Wednesday, 11 January 2023, commencing at 12:00 hrs. The following agenda is proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 290^th and 291^st regular sessions held on 28 December 2022
2. Adoption of a Conclusion on granting intervener status in the proceedings for setting of tariff rates for electricity distribution services and tariff rates for electricity supply within the universal service in the Brčko District of BIH
   

The session will be open to the public. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
