The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that as of Saturday, 25 March 2023, a Draft decision on granting a licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity upon the application of legal person “Energy Financing Teamˮ d.o.o., Bileća will be made available to the public.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the seat of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission free of charge, or take it over in the electronic form from the web site www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be given at a general public hearing which will take place at the seat of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Thursday 30 March 2023 commencing at 12:00 hrs.

The State Electricity Regulatory Commission will also consider written comments received no later than Friday 30 March 2023.
