The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that as of Thursday, 31 August 2023, a Draft decision on granting a licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity upon the application of legal person “Winter Windˮ d.o.o., Tomislavgrad will be made available to the public for information purposes.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or take it over in the electronic form from the web site www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be given at a general public hearing, which will take place at the seat of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Wednesday, 6 September 2023 commencing at 12:00 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than Thursday, 7 September 2023.
