The State Electricity Regulatory Commission will hold its 302nd regular session at its seat (Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II) on Wednesday, 13 September 2023, commencing at 12:00 hrs. The following agenda is proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 301st regular session held on 3 August 2023
2. Passing a Decision on issuance of a licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity to “Winter Wind” d.o.o., Tomislavgrad
3. Passing a Decision on issuance of a temporary licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity to “Renewable Energy Solutions BH” d.o.o., Banja Luka
4. Passing a Decision establishing the regulatory fee for 2024
5. Passing a Decision on approval of the Indicative Generation Development Plan for the Period 2024 – 2033

The session will be open to the public. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
