The State Electricity Regulatory Commission will hold its 305^th regular session at its seat (Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II) on Wednesday, 29 November 2023, commencing at 12:00 hrs. The following agenda is proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 304^th regular session held on 15 November 2023
2. Passing a Decision on issuance of a temporary licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity to “ENNA Opskrba BH” d.o.o., Sarajevo
3. Passing a Decision on approval of the Rules for allocation of cross-border transmission capacities

The session will be open to the public. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
