The State Electricity Regulatory Commission will hold its 310^th regular session at its seat (Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II) on Wednesday, 14 February 2024, commencing at 12:00 hrs. The following agenda is proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 309^th regular session held on 23 Janauray 2024
2. Passing a Decision on the continued use of the licence for “Petrol BH Oil Company” d.o.o., Sarajevo
3. Passing a Decision on approval of the Rulebook on conditions for the connection of power plants to the distribution network of the Brčko District of BIH

The session will be open to the public. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
