The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that as of Friday, 16 February 2024, a Draft decision on granting a licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity upon the application of legal person “Hifa -Oilˮ d.o.o., Tešanj will be made available to the public for information purposes.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or take it over in the electronic form from the web site www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be given at a general public hearing, which will take place at the seat of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Thursday, 22 February 2024 commencing at 12:00 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than Friday, 23 February 2024.
