The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that as of Thursday, 1 September 2022, a Draft decision on granting a licence for performance of the activity of electricity trading and supply in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina upon the application of Public Utility Company “Komunalno Brčko” d.o.o., Brčko District of BIH will be made available to the public.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at a general public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Wednesday, 7 September 2022 at 12:00 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than Thursday, 8 September 2022.
