The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that as of Thursday, 1 September 2022, a Draft decision on granting a temporary licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity upon the application of legal person “Green Energy Trading – Trgovina Zelenom Energijom” d.o.o. Široki Brijeg will be made available to the public.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at a general public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Wednesday, 7 September 2022 at 13.00 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than Thursday, 8 September 2022.
